Character counting is one of the very important things we considering while typing on different platforms. Though we don’t care much about number of characters we use while writing blog posts, it becomes important that we limit number characters in few specific jobs like tweeting, texting (sms) or also while entering meta tags for pages.
Here is one online free tool which helps you to perform your character count. It makes the counting of characters easy and also fun. CharCount is the free tool in discussion. It has a cool interface where you will simply paste / type the string whose character count is to be found. This tool calculates the number of characters with / without whitespace, words, lines (based on your setting of characters per line) and also standard pages the text requires.
The tool does not need any sign up nor it requires any page reload. The interface is very simple and user friendly. It has become my favorite since the day I used it for the first time. Here is the user interface of the tool which you may love.
