Software development is a process which begins from planning of a software project followed by information gathering, analysis, design, coding, complete development, testing, software release and maintenance. These entire process will be done by different teams and a wrong coordination can lead to a huge loss creating an undesired software product.

The video of today explains what confusions take place in a software company if there is no proper communication between teams. Enough with theory, lets have fun.
